Inverclyde Leisure implemented REDRO in 2013 and we have seen a major improvement in our whole purchasing system.
We implemented REDRO and moved away from a time consuming paper based system. Overnight, we saw a massive improvement in our purchasing system which gave Inverclyde Leisure the ability to order, authorise, book in and review our purchases online.
We now have REDRO running in 11 of our sites which has given our teams the ability to have full control of all their purchasing, allow a quick turnaround time and give them the ability to review easily all their spend.
From a management view REDRO has given Inverclyde Leisure the ability to review all our spend by supplier and by time period. This has allowed IL better budgeting as we are now able to review our spend by supplier on a monthly basis and look savings and the best purchasing options for IL.

We have been working with Redro for many years and we have found the procurement system to be very user friendly and easy to use for raising orders, receipting of good and powerful management information. The customer services are quick to answer and resolve any questions and by using the Redro system we have managed to control the spend and manage the ordering process at our clubs. Redro provides La Fitness with an efficient process that gives total control for ordering across multiple venues and suppliers.
We installed REDRO in 2013 and rolled out the system across 9 sites in a number of weeks. We have found the system easy to use both at club level and administrative level The web bases system provides excellent visibility on goods ordered and delivery status. We have been able to reduce data input time with an excel import into SAGE and use this time on more thorough reviews of invoice discrepancies. Suppliers have also benefited with the elimination of missing invoices and booked in receipts. The biggest benefit that the REDRO has brought for us through is the enhanced control over products ordered at club level and control over suppliers prices. We have found the REDRO administrative team helpful and very responsive to any queries we have had. I would have no hesitation recommending the REDRO system
The Redro solution has revolutionised our ordering processes from both our club and head office point of view. We have reduced the amount of administration time associated with processing an order from 2 hours now to 5-10 minutes! This has been the easiest solution to deploy and has required very little IT involvement. Due to our multi-site environment solutions can often be difficult to roll out but Redro has been extremely quick and easy to roll out across our estate. We are impressed with Redro and look forward to developing our solution with the further.
